Partnership company „A.A.& Būvkompānijas” was founded October 28, 2005. The idea was to join companies of similar profile:

„Santexo” Ltd, member of board Juris Mālnieks,
„MB Akva” Ltd, member of board Modris Grīnbergs.

Company has experience in construction and reconstruction of dwelling houses, stores, tourist facilities, sports complex-es, timber houses, agricultural and industrial facilities, car repair workshops, historical buildings, as well as building and reconstruction of water supply networking and engineering networks.

Partnership company „A.A.& Būvkompānijas” participate in tenders, prepare documentation, submit applications, pre-pare contracts, supervise and control the building process, while other members of the partnership company act as the actual contractors.
